About Whole Fit

Founded in 2016, Whole Fitness is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our mission is to build a healthy and whole community: mind, body, and soul.

Whole Fitness offers group fitness classes, nutrition coaching and Bible studies to the members of the Greer Relief Renew Program. RENEW is designed to improve the quality of life and nutrition of our neighbors in need through opportunities to learn and develop skills that will set them on a path of healthy living.

Wednesday 6am Zoom Workouts

Beginning January 3, 2024 join Jenn for a 30 minute full body workout every Wednesday at 6am via Zoom! You do not have to be local to join, all are welcome. 

If you would like to join our Wednesday workouts, please click the link below. 

Sign ups for class must be done by 8pm on Tuesdays.

    Beloved is a wellness event focusing on mind, body and soul. Enjoy a fun mix of GLOW in the DARK workouts, teaching on identity in Christ, teaching on mindset, small group activities, dinner and giveaways!





My teenage daughters and I have been attending Whole Fitness for about a year now and we love it. It’s truly like no other exercise class that I’ve attended as it incorporates mind, body, heart and soul.


Whole Fit is my refuge. What other workout class can you say that about? The only program I've been consistent with, Whole Fit benefits my body, mind and soul. It is literally my get to!

Jen and Jeremy and the entire staff of instructors are amazing!  The positivity they give during a class is so reassuring that I can do hard things. They have helped me learn that I was created for a purpose.
