Whole Fitness

Wednesday 6am Zoom Workout

Beginning January 3, 2024 join Jenn for a 30 minute full body workout every Wednesday at 6am via Zoom! You do not have to be local to join, all are welcome.

You will need a set of dumbbells, kettlebell (optional) and a yoga mat.

Sign ups for class must be done by 8pm on Tuesdays.
