It’s my delight to share “prayer in motion” with my students on their mats. To guide my yogis into places of peace, stillness, space, and surrender. To offer a practice that benefits mind, body, soul, and spirit.
Registered Yoga Trainer (200 hours) with the Yoga Alliance, YogaFaith, and the Christian Yoga Association. CPR and AED Certified.

I am so grateful for the impact Whole Fitness has had on my life. From interning with them to now continuing to work alongside this team while in graduate school at Wake Forest, I love that I get to be a small part of integrating the social media aspect with health, fitness, and the Gospel. In my role, I love seeing from behind the scenes how God is working and using this ministry for the good of others and the glory of God!
