All of our classes are a suggested donation of $5 and we also have punch cards available that give you 12 classes for $50. Your first class is free!
  • Where do I go?
Our gym is located at Riverside Baptist Church 1249 S. Suber Rd. Greer, SC 29650. When you arrive, please go to the right side of the parking lot and go to the bottom parking lot. You will see the gym and you can enter at the side door.

The only thing you need to bring is a water bottle and a yoga mat if you prefer to use your own.
  • Do I need to reserve a spot?
Yes, you can reserve your spot by emailing us at wholefitness16@gmail.com or you can comment on our weekly calendar post on social media. Sign ups are needed, especially for our spin class due to limited bikes.

No, our group fitness classes are for men and women.
  • What ages are allowed to participate?
Ages 13 and up are welcome to join our classes.
  • What fitness levels? Will I be able to do the workout?
All of our classes are designed for all fitness levels. We provide many options so you will leave feeling successful and encouraged.
  • Why is it called Whole Fitness?
In order to live a healthy and whole lifestyle, we believe you need to train your mind, body and soul. Whole Fitness is about the whole you.
  • How is Whole Fitness different from other fitness facilities?
Each month we have a theme based on Biblical principles on how to live a healthy and whole life in Christ. At the end of each class, we provide a 10-15 minute cool-down focusing on our theme for the month. The cool down is a quiet time of rest and reflection on God's Truth.
  • I want to come but can’t afford the suggested donation?
We don’t want the cost to keep you from coming to class. The suggested donation is exactly that…suggested. We don’t require payment to attend and we don’t keep track of who donates and who doesn’t. We also have donors that have purchased punch cards to be given to those who have a need, so please let us know if you or someone you know would benefit from one of these punch cards.
  • How do I know what classes are coming up?
You can visit the classes tab at the top of this page. We also post our class schedule on our social media platforms and in our newsletter each month.
