About the event
Whole Fitness is a non-profit faith-based fitness ministry. Our mission is to build a healthy and whole community: mind, body, and soul.
We do this by offering fitness classes to those in our community. If you are interested in launching and leading a Whole Fitness branch in your community, we want to help equip and train you at our instructor retreat. We will only offer this training once each year.
