Awaken is a wellness workshop focusing on mind, body and soul. Enjoy a fun low impact workout for all fitness levels, workshops on how to live healthy, whole and free in Christ, create SMART goals, begin healthy habits, vison boarding workshop, and gentle restorative yoga. All three branches of Whole Fitness will be joining together to make this event one you will remember!
