About the event
Awaken is a wellness workshop focusing on mind, body and soul. Enjoy workshops on healthy eating habits, movement and mental health, and vision boarding. We will provide a fun low impact workout and gentle restorative yoga for all fitness levels. All three branches of Whole Fitness will be joining together to make this event one you will remember!
