This movement-based training focuses on balance, coordination, agility and mobility. Agility helps performance in activities that require you to change direction quickly while maintaining balance, strength, speed and body control. Mobility plays a massive role in improving movement quality and preventing injuries throughout life. Mobility refers to the strength of the muscle in a particular range of motion.
