Kettlebells are weights consisting that look somewhat like a cannonball with a handle, and kettlebell exercises consist of dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness; endurance, strength, balance, agility, and cardio endurance. Kettlebell workouts are challenging, efficient, and only require one piece of equipment.
